4th Graders Learn From Composting From Local Businesses.
On Tuesday May 23rd, Ronald Cain from Morgan's Compsting came to present to our fourth grade students about gardening and composting. He planted zinnia seeds with all of our students and we had a lovely picnic with gardening books as students awaited their turn to plant! Morgan's also donated 4 bags of their "Dairy Doo" to our studnets for planting and pur gardening area.
Then Michael Jenkins of Elm Creek Ltd. came out Wednesday, May 24th to speak with our 4th grade students about vermicomposting (worm composting).
