Farwell High School

Mrs. Penelope Burley is our new high school art teacher! This is her 31st year of teaching. She became an art teacher because she wanted to share her love of art with kids. Her favorite art medium is clay and says working with clay is very therapeutic. Mrs. Burley didn't always want to be an artist, though.  She signed up for the wrong class in her freshman year of college and ended up being very successful. After that, she switched her major from business to art. Make sure to welcome Mrs. Burley to Farwell Schools if you see her around!
