Farwell High School

Mrs. Shimmons is our other high school secretary! This is her 16th year working within the district. She started as an elementary school paraprofessional and secretary substitute before moving on to work full time as secretary. After that, she moved up to work with the middle school students as one of their secretaries, and finally ended up in the high school. She never expected to be working in the high school, but now that she's here, she loves it! She has become involved in many aspects of the high school! She is one of the  advisors for NHS and Class Council. When asked what flavor of ice cream she would be, she said superman ice cream because secretaries are one of the superheroes of the school! They're the security, the nurses, the moms and more. Head into the high school office and give Mrs. Shimmons a high fin!
