Our students involved in Connections that Count recently had the opportunity to visit Jay's Webber Wildlife and Education Center and Clare McDonald's, where they gained valuable knowledge about wildlife and career paths.
At Jay's Webber Wildlife and Education Center, students were taken on an informative tour that introduced them to a variety of animals from around the world. They learned about different species, their habitats, and the importance of conservation.
Following this, they visited Clare McDonald's, where students were educated on career and college opportunities available through McDonald's. They gained insights into career paths within the company, learning about leadership development, scholarship programs, and job skills that can help them in their future careers.
