Farwell Area Schools

On Friday, November 1st, the Farwell Middle School held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new book vending machine in our building.  From the time of its arrival until the receiving of the first books, the students have been super excited about it.  The vending machine was purchased through the 35j grant, and we were able to fill it with the proceeds from the book fair.  The October Students of Character were the first students to receive a token for a book and were selected to do the ribbon cutting.  Each grade level gathered in front of the vending machine to watch their classmates cut the ribbon, get a book, and to hear ways in which they too can receive a token.  Since Friday, we have given out more tokens and have gotten more books into the hands of our students!
